Rules concerning battles Giphy

Five Player Plus Battles
These rules are concerning raids only, not 1v1 fights

During a battle, characters with approved bios are the only characters which are allowed to be used. Each character has 5 lives and once you die 5 times, your fate is decided by the character who last killed you. When you kill an enemy, you -must- roleplay an action so that the roleplay is flowing through-out the server rather than having just a mindless free for all. If you do not roleplay an action after gaining a kill or a death, the you cannot continue fighting until you do. At the beginning of the battle, an admin will take a screenshot of the scoreboard to prove everyone was at 0 kills / 0 deaths. Both teams need an even amount of players and an admin must be present at all times or the battle cannot take place. Team kills are to be counted so be careful when fighting an enemy with support.

Force powers are strictly banned from raids. If anyone is caught using stats they are not approved for they will be asked to change them, if they continue to use the wrong stats their character will be auto perm'd. Arguing during the battle will not be tolerated and must be taken to xfire so it does not disrupt the flow of the battle. If your character is killed you must simply deal with it as you have wasted your chance to flee at your 4th death. If you attempt to flee the battle simply by joining spectator and not roleplaying your action, you will be auto perm'd. If you do not wish to die during a battle, flee when you have 4 deaths!

One vs One Battles

When confronted by an enemy character, you may need to engage them in combat. There are variations of kill rules set for duels to keep it realistic:

Death 1: The loser is stumbled, but does not suffer anything that prohibits him or her from fighting. Loser may retreat.
Death 2: The loser is stumbled once again, not suffering anything that prohibits them from fighting. Loser may retreat.
Death 3: The loser is cut or shot in a non-vital area such as the arm or leg. Loser's last chance to retreat
Death 4: The loser is either may surrender, or continue attempting to fight.
Death 5: The loser's outcome is determined by the winner.

Two - Three Player Battles

Duel Varieties:
1v1 Match: Both players will battle until the other is killed. Each time the loser is killed, they must follow the kill rules above.
1v2 Match: All three players will battle, there is no handicap for the non-allied opponent.
1v3 or more Match: All players will battle. The non-allied player has the handicap of 1 extra life.
